Q. What is the CM01 suitable for?
A. The Cordless mower will cut a lawn area about the size of a tennis court (2000
square foot) on a single charge. It can be used on long and short grass and it has
an adjustable cutting height.
Q. How is the CM01 powered?
A. The CM01 is powered by a 4.8v rechargeable battery pack.
Q. How long will the CM01 run for on a single charge?
A. The mower will run for approximately 40-60 minutes on one charge.
Q. How do you charge the CM01?
A. The mower is provided with a charger. Connect the battery to the charger and
plug the charger into a main power supply. It takes approximately eight hours to
fully charge the battery.
Q. Can you buy a replacement battery?
A. These are available from the site.
Q. What should I do if the CM01 stops working properly?
A. The majority of faults can be easily corrected. For advice please contact
us and we will be happy to help.
Q. What is the HT01 suitable for?
A. The Cordless Hedge Trimmer is suitable for a variety of domestic garden chores,
such as trimming and shaping hedges, high reach trimming, wide or thorny hedges
and any area where mains power is not available.
Q. How is the HT01 powered?
A. The hedge trimmer is powered by a 12v rechargeable battery pack. This is worn
across the user's shoulders on a comfortable strap, to ensure the hedge trimmer
is as light as possible.
Q. How long will the HT01 run for on a single charge?
A. The hedge trimmer will for approximately 25-60 minutes on a single charge. This
is dependent on the thickness of growth that is being cut.
Q. How do you charge the HT01?
A. The charger is supplied with the product. Connect the battery to the charger
and plug the charger into the mains. A red light will appear on the charger to indicate
that the battery is fully charged. (The red charger light goes out when a flat battery
is connected and comes on when the battery is fully charged.) It takes 12 - 16 hours
to fully charge the product.
Q. What about storing the battery?
A. Never put the battery away uncharged, as this will damage the battery memory
and the products performance. Store in a cool, dry place.

Q: How is the Cordless Electronic Sweeper powered?
A. The GTECH is powered by a 7.2 v Ni-Cd rechargeable power pack.
Q: How long will the sweeper run for on a single charge?
A. SW01, SW02, SW03, SW04 - On a single charge the unit will run for approximately
40 - 60 minutes dependent on floor surface. E.g. Approx. 40 mins on a thick carpet,
approx. 60 mins on a laminate floor.
SW05 - On a single charge the unit will run for approximately 25- 30 mins.
Q: Is the sweeper suitable for any surface?
A. The sweeper can be used on many surfaces e.g. carpets, laminates, tiles, wooden
floors, vinyl, patios, slate.
Avoid rough or unsealed hard floors such as concrete or tar macadam as this could
damage the brush bar.
Q: Can you clean the stairs using the sweeper?
A. The sweeper converts easily to hand held operation and is excellent for using
on carpeted stairs. Full instructions on how to do this are in the manual.
Q: What about charging the GTECH sweeper?
A. The sweeper comes with its own charger and should initially be charged for 20
hours. After that the sweeper needs charging overnight to ensure powerful performance.
Charging for longer will not damage the pack.
Q: Can I leave the sweeper on charge constantly?
A. This is not recommended, as it will eventually cause damage to the battery pack
and the sweeper's performance. It is also a good idea to run the sweeper completely
flat once a month and then charge it for 20 hours. This will ensure ultimate performance.
Q: Is the battery pack replaceable?
A. The estimated life cycle of the battery pack is 12 to 18 months. This is based
on an average household usage of 4 times a week. A replacement pack is available
from our site.
Q: What amp or watt does the cordless sweeper operate at?
A. The sweeper operates at 2 to 4 amps or 12 to 25 watts during cleaning, depending
on the floor surface you are cleaning, and where the cleaner is being used.
Q: Is the brush bar easily cleaned? Is it replaceable?
A. The brush bar can be cleaned easily and is replaceable. A brush bar kit contains
a brush bar, edge wheel, and gearbox. Order directly from the site.
Q: What should I do if my sweeper stops working properly?
A. The majority of sweeper faults can be easily fixed by simply replacing the necessary
parts. All spares are available direct form us and can usually be despatched within
24 hours, providing the part is in stock. Contact us for assistance.
