Friendly, Expert Advice
Whether it's a major purchase like a garden tractor, or something you've never had before - a shredder perhaps - you may want to talk it over with an impartial expert (and we mean impartial) who can help you match the product to your particular needs. Our offices are open between 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-1 on Saturday.

Buying With Confidence
We are suppliers for all major British manufacturers, and our huge buying power allows us to source products direct world-wide, and pass the savings on to you. Our after sales service and our enormous spare parts inventory are your guarantee.

Guaranteed Delivery
All deliveries should be made within 7 working days, are fully insured and completely free of charge unless they are to Scottish Highland postcode areas KW, IV, PH and PA or any offshore island (including, but not limited to the Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, Isles of Scilly etc.), in which case a £20 delivery charge will be incurred. Please note additional delivery charges will only be added after consultation with the customer at time of order processing, and will not appear on the invoice unless a reprint is requested. If you require a more urgent delivery please ask for our express courier service (an extra £10.00). We regret that we currently do not deliver overseas.

After Sales Back Up
All our merchandise is brand-new and carries full manufacturers' warranty, it is important that you the customer comply with the terms of the manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem with the product all you do is phone us. We utilise a nationwide network of specialist repair outlets in conjunction with the major manufacturers. These outlets will carryout any warranty work completely free of charge provided you the customer have complied with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. If there are no specialist repair outlets in your area, the goods may be returned to us for inspection and subsequent repair if necessary. In all instances, all transportation costs involved in returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser. Of course if you have any other service or repair requirements they will be happy to look after these at competitive rates.

Don't Like The Product?
You have the right to cancel or return any product within 30 days without giving a reason (after the 30 day period, returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee). All we ask is that you ensure that it is in its original packing and still in new condition. All transportation costs involved in returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Safety Issues
We supply FREE safety goggles with many of the items shown in our catalogue and in some cases power tools come with gloves and face shield. Whenever you use power tools, please follow the manufacturers' instructions carefully. Make sure you obtain the appropriate safety equipment which we stock at very competitive prices.

Prices

Privacy
At Gardenwise.co.uk we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and supply you with up-to-date information on new products and services. You can choose to receive this or not on each occasion.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

We also use web statistics to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site.

Gardenwise.co.uk does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. All information is collected by ourselves lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it
(This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.)

Security
When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to
you.
